Not unless that becomes an itch for someone to scratch.

Yes, as it stands.

Not any plans that have been made generally aware.  However, Redhat, 
developers like myself, and the other fine developers on this list I'm sure 
have integrated Interchange with other outside programs (e.g. MAS90) on 
contract.  But (at least in my case) it takes a pretty 
Hip-to-the-New-Millennium client to allow an open source release of the 
source code.
