[ic] Recovery of Payment Information

Problem: I have one specific order where the original encrypted email 
including payment information has been deleted.  I can see the order 
details through the admin interface but I have no payment information.

Question: Is the payment information stored anywhere?  Is there anyway that 
as an administrator I can tell Interchange to send me a new copy of the 
order along with the encrypted payment information? Is the payment 
information gone forever?
