[ic] DBI Error

Isn't DBD included as part of the Msql-Mysql-modules package?  I think
that's what the mysql site says.  Anyway, they installed DBI-1.18 and
Msql-Mysql-modules-1.22.16 from  the www.mysql.com download page.  Is there
something else they're missing?
