Well, I started with IC @ 4.8.3... I never upgraded until 4.9.3 where I
had the same issue, and I did not have the extended column. I do know
for a fact that I have never been to 4.6land. There was that time I woke
up and had jelly all over my body and mud on my feet?? Is 4.6land like
that? Maybe I did visit there then.

In my case I added the column and all was well.
