then find out if a web server or ic issue.  That might be
easier if you set up to use tlink.pl and you can catch
warnings.  Does it always quit at same byte count, something
suspicious like, for example 1500 something bytes?  Anyway,
find out if ic is writing the whole thing or not.

Just for example, WN dies like that on medium sized pages if there
is no embedded newline anywhere.  Could be as silly as that.
