[ic] IE6, Cookies and P3P Question

I was going through the mailing list and ran across an
old issue about IE6 cookies and the P3P issues.  I'm
not too familiar with exactly what the repurcussions
are on this, but I was wondering if IC is compliant
with this?  

If not, does anyone have any pointers, I found this
link in the list archive, which I guess is the info
necessary to create all the p3p files -
http://www.iucon.de/interchange - but it seems to have
disappeared.

Is this a non-issue or something I need to deal with?
