[ic] mv_nextpage does not work at the multiple items order form

Hi all,

I modify results.html to order multiple items on a page.
Multiple items order is working. Fine!
But mv_nextpage is not effective in spite of specifying
mv_nextpage/mv_orderpage.

What is wrong ?
