I am sorry but that is hilarious. Pretty brutal actually. Short of
getting the binaries somewhere for one or both, it seems like your only
option is to install gcc first, but instead of running make to compile
it you will have to read the Makefile and interpret it manually.
(Realize that make is just a very convenient and customizable way to
execute a series of commands, usually with a compiler like gcc).
Although, that makefile should be really confusing because without gcc
it will probably have you assemble/link things. Good luck with that...
