Yes.

If you look at the search results page, at the top, you will see:

Search results: foo

Search for "foo" on mail list (via Swish) (sort by date)
Search for "foo" on mailing list archives (via Google)

Which gives you the opportunity to search the archives.

You could also go directly to
http://www.icdevgroup.org/i/dev/mailinglists.html and use the Swish search.
