[ic] Need HELP w/ LONG-STANDING wizard problem

For those of you following this thread. I made a huge mistake
and posted Jim Balcolm's private comments to me to the list. I
wrongly assumed that the email was from the list because it
had the [ic] tagline in the subject, and actually went to 
extra effort to forward the message to the list when I thought
my mail program incorrectly replied to only Jim. 

The damage is done, I apologized to Jim off-list, and I will
apologize again publicly for making his private comments 
public. 

If those that maintain this list can strike the offending 
message from the archives, this would be greatly appreciated.
I'd like a quick note saying that it was done, if not, I will
pursue the list maintainers until this task is accomplished.
