[ic] Help needed with shipping.asc file on IC 4.8.3

Hello,

The below shipping.asc file works with IC 4.6, however with 4.8.3 it
generates fatal errors whenever the shipping cost is calculated.  I can't
find any docs that address this.  Can anyone point me in the right direction
on how to modify this file to work properly with IC 4.8.3?
