[ic] How do I make .gdbm files from .txt files

Rick,

When you make changes to your variable.txt file, you either need to "apply
changes" in the Admin section or restart the Interchange server for the
changes to take effect. Don't change anything but the .txt file.

Subject: [ic] How do I make .gdbm files from .txt files

I changed some variables in variable.txt, and nothing worked.

I think I have to make variable.gdbm from the text file in order for my
changes to take affect in the catalog.

Am I right?

If so, How do I do this from the command line (I can't use the admin
interface)?

Thanks
Rick
