PGP is getting an error for some reason. It may be trying to inform the 
user by interacting with the terminal, which is not possible when called by 
interchange.  You should try to encrypt something on the command line using 
similar pgp switches as used by interchange (-feat or similar, I think) 
with the same public key, and see if it barfs an error back at you.
