[ic] upgrading to Redhat 7.2

Here's a heads up...  Just spent several hours upgrading my server from 7.1
to 7.2...
Don't upgrade PostgreSQL without first doing a database dump.  The new
version of PostgreSQL is not compatible with the data structure of the old.
There is a lengthy conversion of the data.  Read the docs before upgrading.
Everything else upgraded flawlessly.  In the end, converted back to the old
version of Postgres using rpm -U --nodeps --force ...  Basically a punt but
it worked and everything is upgraded except Postgres.  Will save that for
another day.
