Yep!

Where I am at the moment (and for the past 15 months) there is no difference
between swiped and manual.

No batch fees. A $0.20 transaction fee for the phone call.

But, there is also the fact that I have been with this particular sponsoring
bank since 1994. I have not had a chargeback in many, many years.

While I do over $75,000 a year in credit card stuff, I pay attention to
customer complaints and I resolve them before they escalate to the credit
card company.

My previous processor (ECHO) had differences between swiped and manual. The
transaction fee was $0.25 and there was a $25.00 monthly tech support fee.

I figure that I got in the middle of a pissing contest and I came out on top
with a tremendous advantage!

I urge you, though - once you have been with a processor for a year or two
and you have established an outstanding record, agitate for a rate review
and see if you can get them to give you something more favorable.
