[ic] if? Or if-mm??

While analyzing the UI code (IC 4.8.3) I've found some tags that I've not understood:

[if !advanced report]
  [bounce page="__UI_BASE__/error"]
  [value name=saved_report set=""]
[/if]

Is this right? Don't have we to use the 'if-mm' tag in this situation instead of the 'if' tag?

The same tag is used in the following files:

## rgrep "if .*advanced" *
pages/admin/report.html:[if !advanced report]
pages/admin/tablereport.html:[if !advanced report]
pages/admin/trafficstats.html:[if !advanced report]
pages/admin/orderstats.html:[if !advanced report]

TIA
Max
