[ic] Creditcards in interchange solution for admin

I found the way to be able to enter complete orders when creditcard payment
is desactivated.
if you only desactivate the creditcards it is not enough, i went to the
administrator, preferences, opened payment and edited the payment is the
spreadsheet, there next to creditcards I filled in   0 there normaly there
is nothing then ok, then aplay changes
Now I can enter complete orders in the admin interface.

Only thing to find out now is how to hide or disable the creditcard detail
fields in the customers interface :)
