You shouldn't even think about sending orders via unencrypted email.
If you must do this then please let your potential customers know,
preferably with extra-large, bold, flashing, red capital letters at
the top of every page.

A better way would be to create a link from Interchange to your
preferred third party authorisation server by writing a payment
module.  Take a look at the existing modules in lib/Vend/Payment
for several examples.
