I like webmin (which ironically enough has an interchange module...don't
know if its 4.8.x ready, although). But has an apache module, mysql module,
and ablilty to edit the pages directly on the server via a file mangager,
and others. Make sure you setup the security properly if your accessing it
from the outside.

Good luck

No. But once you get it set up you can import into an access database.
Set up forms make changes and import into interchange. This makes it
simple and fast to update add products. Deal w/orders, print
reports...etc.

The problem is you have to set it up yourself. There isn't something
already out there as far as I'm aware.
