If you're using mysql, you can usually just add the field to the table, and
then reconfigure the IC store.  If you want to add new tables, create a
*.mysql file in the dbconf/mysql/ directory.  Just copy an existing one and
modify for your purpose.  The field definitions don't seem to matter much.
