[ic] How to set PGP program for interchange

Hello:
I see the document that you need to add the line:
EncryptProgram  /usr/local/bin/pgp -feat
sales@company.com  to the catalog.cfg file

So, currently, I use gpg, and what is "-feat" means?
Does it mean the phrases I use when I create the key?
