Other than a little common sense on my part, nothing else seems to be 
missing. All is well now after inserting the file, thanks.

I have no doubt that this installation may have a couple of "issues". The 
intent was to have an off-line platform for template design while leaving 
the live site protected from my wrath. So far, so good. ;)
