[ic] Apache StrongHold Necessary

    New to Interchange and in the process of installing on
a home machine for education and development of tweaks.

    In the Beginner Guides there is the step to install
web server. Apache Stronghold recommend.
Is this a pitch for Apache Stronghold or is it really
required ?  I believe the Stronghold version of Apache
is for SSL, so will any other SSL suffice ?

When ready to go live I will host it somewhere.
Once I came across a list of hosters that provide
Interchange but I can't find that list.....
