When I use the small search box in the upper left hand corner I receive this 
message:

Sorry, no matches for 1 | 39303.

Are you telling me you received :
EXIT BAR, 72in DBLE DOOR  23810 N  $134.30

???? that is item 23810, please try it again and let me know.
I am using the IE 6.x browser.
