Interchange already uses Business::UPS for a lot of stuff, but perhaps 
there is more that could be done.  Did you know that if you paste the UPS 
tracking number into the "status" text box IC will automatically generate a 
tracking URL on the Customer Service -> Order Tracking page?  HAND,
