[ic] Mac OSX viable as a development platform?

But I don't have mod_perl installed. I tried, but it wouldn't build either
(though based on advice on the mod_perl list, I think it will now), so
I've been trying to install Interchange without it. Would it make any
sense to try a new, clean mod_perl install, and then add in IC?

Perl I can handle. C is a little too hardcore for me -- I switched to Perl
exactly because I'm tired of hunting down memory errors like this... :)
