Go to the mailing list archive and search for this term: "gst/pst
solution". Mike Heins lays it all out for you. I carefully followed the
example and it still didn't work for me until I set some variable
correctly. Which one was it? I think in the state table for the Canada
entry I set the tax column to "state" and then it all worked. 

Are you sure that tax is charged on shipping?
