[ic] Using CyberCash on IC 4.8.3

Hi, List!

I'm in the process of migrating from MiniVend 3.14 to IC 4.8.3, and it
seems that the CyberCash directive is no longer supported in
catalog.cfg.

I have CyberCash CashRegister 3.3.1.  Is it compatible with IC 4.8.3,
and if so, how do I set it up in IC 4.8.3?
