Change to unsubscribe directions (was RE: [ic] STUPID LIST)

The directions to use the list are PLAIN.  The 10th element on the page is
this

<p>You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in
the sections below. </p>

[ ed : at least it should be ... god that's some ugly HTML ... don't look
anyone, you'll go blind ]

Therefore I conclue that anyone who finds out how to subscribe can figure
out how to subscribe can figure out how to unsubscribe.  This also means
that the person that posted the start of this thread either (a) does not
really exist or (b) could not subscribe in the first place.

Can the person who maintains the pages for the list take the part
about Unsubscribing and put it in BOLD on that page.  It is only
mentioned parenthetically in the section way at the bottom of
the page.  Put it at the top in HUGE letters so this stuff just
doesn't get on the list.
