AFAIK, it is illegal to redistribute the CyberCash modules.  The
license spells this out.  I would expect the same is true for modified
versions as well.  My understanding is the only place you can get the
Perl CyberCash modules is from CyberCash themselves.  

On another note, what were the modifications?  I'm using the default
modules shipped from CyberCash without any problems with IC v4.8.x.
