[ic] HELP !! Problem with "[history-scan%20exclude=nothing]"

(/ord/basket.html?), There aren't any tag  [history-scan] in this page

the usertag is not defined. How can i define in my Catalog.page ?

There aren't any tag named [history-scan] in my catalog.cfg page.
