[ic] config troubles

I have been running makecat all day now and I keep getting the same
error
[18/March/2002:22:14:43 -0600] - - cdirect config error: Please specify
the MailOrderTo directive in the configuration file
I have entered valid email address just user names and
interch@RPM_CHANGE_HOST which I saw on the list worked for one person
this is an rpm install on RH 7.2 I have tried it on two different
servers and have the same trouble
