No, what I have done is to change the site to take only mail orders changed
the button at the bottom of the page to read 'next', and on the receipt.html
page added the payflowlink info to another 'next' button.  Update the
mail_reciept text to state order will be shipped after credit card is
validated, thank for your order.  This leaves the client having to hand
verify credit card approval before shipping.  They do not take many orders
online, so it is not an issue for them.  A client that is taking large
amounts of orders should use another method, this would make them nuts.
