I'm not far ahead of you on this... but you say Safe::Hole is installed.  I 
wonder if that is true.

Trying this might answer whether that is really true:
1) perl -MCPAN -e shell
2) cpan> install Bundle::Interchange

This should install all required perl modules to run IC.  If not, you may 
have other problems..
And I trust that if this is incorrect, someone here will set me 
straight.... Good luck!
