I'll agree with that.

It looks like the browser is encoding the ':' character as "%3A".
The browser doesn't need to do that as ':' is a perfectly valid
character.

Interchange doesn't decode characters in /scan/MM= keys.  It could
be made to decode them, but it's a browser fault really.
