[ic] Apache 2.0 Access forbidden

Not sure if I dare to ask this silly question, that shows the whole world that I am not very clever with apache.

Tried  to install version 2.0 and now I don't get access to interchange. Errormessage is

Forbidden:

You don't have permission to access /foundation on this server.

I understand this is an Apache issue, but can someone please give me a hint?

(Problem in the Linux world is where to find the right information. I know it's out there somewher!)
