[ic] Cloning w/ Options

What is the best way to clone items w/ options other than using the Admin
Tools?  I have over 400 to do and clicking CLONE then making the adjustments
will take forever.

I'd love to just manually edit products.txt, inventory.txt and options.txt.
The thing that throws me is the multiple entries in options.txt and "clone
entries of options matching on sku".

Can someone give me a faster way to clone items w/ options?
