[ic] 4.8.5 Upgrade Problem - errors

I still think its down to the UPS lookups. I had this problem the first time
I ran 4.8.x. I isolated this by commenting out all the shipping code parts on
the checkout page. Then I looked at the firewall violation logs..

If its not firewall then what about lack of dns resolution?
