[ic] ensim webppliance 3.x and interchange

I've been running Interchange 4.6.5 and 4.8.3 on private servers as well as dedicated servers with
Ensim WEBpliance.
Older versions of WEBpliance rely on older versions of Perl and the propietary diskquota system will
crap out if you try to upgrade Perl. So I run Interchange on those with Perl 5.005_03 and even this
works pretty well (except for that "%Fcntl::EXPORT_TAGS" message, which can be ignored) Other than
that, there is no problem. Root access helps :)
