I can tell you how to add information to you @INC array.  In your root
directory you should have a file called .login , you'll have to ls -a to
see it.  Edit the file and you should see a line like the following:

Setenv PERL5LIB /bin:blah/blah/blah:/etc/etc/etc

This is your @INC array.  Or at least what you add hear appears in your
@INC array.  So just add the new directory here being sure to add the
seperator the colon : between each entry.  Hopefully you have access to
this file.

That is what I was thinking .... So 7.3 already includes Perl 6.5.1?

It still bugs me that I can't find a way to resolve this though.
