[ic] Bundle::Interchange

Hello,

Since IC 7.1 you are maintaining rpm modules (25-30 wow?), but I am 
wondering if the CPAN Bundle::Interchange mecahinism will be kept current?

If I am not a subscriber to the Redhat Network (yet) to keep my server 
updated, it is easy to run the CPAN Bundle to check for new modules 
versions.
