[ic] Reading Cookies

Hello, I am trying to implement the "log me in automatically" feature along 
with something similar to what Elvis mentioned in his Session Manager 
Question thread.  I think I have the cookie being set properly, but I am not 
being logged back in after closing the browser and then going back to the 
site.  I am thinking I need to implement something to read the cookie when 
someone enters the site or something like that.  How can I do this?
