[ic] catalog.cfg file causing an error

I suppose that you edited your file in windows, and uploaded it back with
ftp. That procedure (editing files in Windows) adds carriage return to your
file, and that does work in the Unix-world. You should get rid of the
carriage returns from your catalog.cfg file.
