Divine Inc has submitted claims against some big players. FTD.COM for one.
Amazon appears to be out of the picture as they were online prior to the
patent filing in 1998.

infringement letters going out.

If you receive a letter from Divine try requesting/demanding a claim chart
from Divine which correlates your method to the patents(s). The chart would
provide more specific information about how the plaintiff believes the
infringement is happening. This is standard stuff that buys some time and
most infringements quietly go away looking for easier settling fish to fill
their coin coffers.
