Hi Murashashi

I am currently working with a consultant on getting these features into
Interchange, for disparate help desk agents.

Basically, the consultant is a genius, he doesn't even know English...
he only talks in perl.. no really..

Anyways I could only afford to have him give me a "start". However the
consultant is planning on continuing this particular work for
interchange, he is very busy with other work (believe me he is)... which
is one of the reasons I hired him for the "start"... I was getting a
little frustrated with our current situation. We have been using
PerlDesk (which you may want to look into)... but lately.... well no, it
is OK, but it has a lot to be desired...

Anyways, what I am saying is that I know it will take me a while to get
my version "working" because I have other commitments, but you are free
to contact me, and maybe we could pool our money together and get a
little further. Either way, he will do it for free, because he
contributes to IC frequently, but as with any consultant, paid work
comes first, simply because they have bills and meals, just like us...
and this is not just a small usertag thing, you know.

I am actively working on trying to get the "start" into something usable
for me. Right now I am struggling with figuring out the syntax and
method to be using to actually "thread" the messages.. I have been
studying the headers from the maillist... but it is not as easy as it
seems, at least for me.

Anyways, if you are interested in pooling our money together you can
contact me off-list at paul@gishnetwork.com. Other than that it will
probably be a little wait for something that is fully supported in IC,
and upgrades well.

This consultant has a problem with being too thorough, and too exact, so
he won't release it under the GPL, until it works to his satisfaction,
and for the most part, bug free.
