[ic] Changing the category bar look

I am probably asking a very stupid question, but I guess everyone is allowed
one once in a while.

I want to put a black box around the category bar, main headings.

I hope this diagram makes things clear

Accessories - black boxed

 |-Product Category
 |-Product Category

Menswear - black boxed
 |
 |-Product Category


I am guessing that I need to put some HTML similar to the code below in one
of the files, but I can't seem to figure out which one
