[ic] Hosting and Programming help

Hey,

I am looking for a hosting account (more affordable than not) that will
allow me to have (and hopefully will have a wizard or IC preinstalled)
multiple carts on the same server.  I am looking for up to 30 carts.

I am paying $8 per month for 1 cart now.

ALSO, I will need some help altering the code to meet my needs - and maybe
installation help (for multiple carts and merchant account/SSL).  I am
looking at between 10-15 hours.  The deadline I have is to be up and running
(tested and signed off) Dec 15, 2002 - so, this is a rush and you would need
to be available by next week.

Anyone know of affordable hosting and good programmers.
