[ic] Items with prices based on size/color options?

I'm trying to make items with a Size and Color options but some of the items
need different prices and some combinations don't exist.

What option for pricing would I use to get an item that had prices like
this?
Small     Red    = $10.00
Large     Red    = $11.00
Small     Blue   = $12.00
Large     Blue   = $14.00
X-Large   Red   =  $15.00
X-Large   Blue  = This combination doesn't exist, no-one should be able to
buy it.

Also I want the options to be in different drop down boxes, one for Size and
one for Color.

I tried the simple option and it gave me the multiple drop down boxes that I
wanted but I couldn't find a way to change the prices or dissallow certain
combinations. With the matrix options I got everything but the multiple drop
down boxes working, I only managed to get everything in one large drop down
box. The modular options confused me, I couldn't manage to make an item at
all with it.

I'm running interchange 4.8.6 if that helps.
