Michael -

You should definitely check the catalog and Interchange error logs for any 
messages which pertain to problems with writing order data to the 
transactions and/or orderline tables.  I suggest you also take a look at 
the actual transactions table contents with the UI table editor, and 
perhaps export the table to text file, so you can take a peek and see if it 
contains truncated or corrupt records. WRT to rebuilding the tables from 
the files in orders or the tracking table, there is no prebuild way to do 
it that I know of. I suppose it is possible that a script could be build to 
parse the contents of the files into tab-delimited tables, but unless we 
are talking about 100's of orders here, it might be easier to just re-enter 
the missing orders by hand.
