[ic] cannot complete orders

While trying to fix a problem with my order reports (credit card number
not being included in emails) I created a new problem and I can't seem
to track it down.

Whenever I try and place an order it returns to the order screen with no
error listed.  When I check the error log it says:

Order profile credit_card not found

I have looked through several configuration files and can't seem to find
the problem.  The last change I made to before the problem was to the
catalog.cfg file so I reverted to the previous version with no luck.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
